A long company-history is not a merit by itself, at the best, it is a prove for long-term efficiency and adaptability. Our past was tailored by persons, whose heritage we are indebted to, without being traditionalists. Our future, we must fashion ourselves and we want to do that in Europe, despite of ongoing globalisation. For this we need economic success, but more than that, successful customers. It is our goal to let our clients have a choice.

Good solutions by customer proximity

In our understanding, there are no good or bad resistors, only right or wrong ones. Resistors are not very spectacular, that makes choice too easy, often. Using the experience of the past, the present expertise and knowledge of future technical demand, we claim to offer reliable and correct solutions to our customers. That needs close customer-orientation.

Some datasheets can bear more strain than the products, they describe. To stand for what we can or can't, is our comprehension of quality. That needs responsibility.

VITROHM employs approx. 200 individuals, who contribute their capabilities to the company´s success. Without their dedication and achievement, we could not be a reliable and trustworthy supplier, we could not react as flexible and our customers would not have a choice. That needs company-culture.
